Vault X is the UK’s leading manufacturer of playing card binders and deck boxes, and the go-to favourite of Pokémon collectors. Vault X needed to grow their UK & USA paid social campaigns and expand into paid search campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Additionally, they needed our expertise to generate traction in the European market through digital campaigns.

Understanding the Audience
We use an evidence based approach to gain insights on how Vault X’s audience research and commit to a product. We established a contrast between hard-core collectors and players of the game, leading to two very different targeting strategies.
International Expansion
Vault X came to us with UK & USA campaigns only, we worked with their team to expand this into Europe with country-level product feeds and translated ad copy that resonates with native speakers.
Reactivity To Stock Changes
It’s no secret among collectors that Vault X’s products are highly sought after. With the rapidly changing stock availability, as well as new product launches aligned with new Pokémon expansions, our campaigns needed to be reactive to changes whilst maintaining high profitability.
Counteracting
As with many online retailers, the USA Tariff changes presented the huge challenge of remaining profitable whilst still driving growth. We scaled up EU activity where we minimised impact on revenue and retained a strong ROAS.
