Move platforms. Keep momentum.

Moving to Shopify should be the moment your store gets better, not the month your numbers dip. We plan the move so your rankings, customers and revenue come with you.

We move brands from

  • Magento
  • WooCommerce
  • BigCommerce
  • Custom platforms
  • Shopify to Shopify Plus

Why migrations fail

Five risks, five ways we remove them.

  1. Rankings drop

We map every URL that earns traffic or links, redirect it properly and watch search performance daily after launch.

  2. Data arrives broken

Products, variants, customers and orders are cleaned, mapped and test-migrated more than once before the real move.

  3. Tracking stops adding up

Analytics, ad pixels and conversion events are rebuilt and checked against the old store, so reports stay comparable.

  4. Customers get locked out

A planned account activation and clear messaging, so returning customers know exactly what to do.

  5. The team can't run it

Training, documentation and a section library, so your team can manage the new store from day one.

What moves

Nothing is left behind by accident.

Reviews

Product reviews and ratings, carried across with the products they belong to.

How we do it

Six steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Audit

Your current store, data, integrations and search footprint. What moves, what changes, what goes.

  2. 02

    Map

Data mapping and a redirect plan for every URL that matters, agreed with you before work starts.

  3. 03

    Build

The new store, integrations and tracking, built and tested on real data.

  4. 04

    Rehearse

Full test migrations, run more than once, so the real one holds no surprises.

  5. 05

    Switch

A planned go-live at your quietest time, with a team watching every order.

  6. 06

    Settle

Daily checks on rankings, tracking and checkout, then straight into growth.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on the size of your catalogue, your integrations and how much is being redesigned. We give you a fixed timeline after the audit, not before.

Will we lose our Google rankings?

Every URL that earns traffic or links gets a mapped redirect, and we check rankings and crawl errors daily after launch so anything that slips is fixed fast.

Do customers need to create new accounts?

Customer records move across. Passwords can't be transferred between platforms, so we plan a simple, branded account activation so returning customers aren't caught out.

Can we redesign at the same time?

Yes, and it often makes sense. We will tell you honestly if a like-for-like move first would be lower risk for your business.

What happens after go-live?

The same team stays on to watch the numbers, fix anything that surfaces and start improving the store. Launch is the start line.
