MSP Capital are a specialist provider of bridging and development finance based in Poole, Dorset.
The business required a new website and digital support to reflect its distinctive, forward-thinking approach to property finance, whist being developed on a scalable content management system to facilitate ambitious growth plans.
Our starting point was to identify the different user groups and work through a structuring and wireframing process which ensures visitors have defined journeys and the relevant information and actions are prioritised in the architecture of the site.
Our audience research and wireframes then informed the direction of the new website design.
Our design and development team worked collaboratively with the team at MSP Capital to design and build a series of individually curated components into the business’s content management platform, WordPress.
Content blocks were designed and built into Gutenberg, the native content editing component found in the latest version of the CMS. This allows the internal team at MSP Capital to create beautiful content pages, dragging and dropping the blocks they require onto each page.
Core design features include clean typography, a contrasting colour palette and engaging brand imagery to showcase the personality and expertise of the team at MSP Capital. We introduced subtle elements of animation across the site to bring the experience to life.
Product service pages were completely redesigned to improve UX and content presentation, with each page being carefully optimised to perform for both organic and paid activity.
Each service page contains individually designed blocks, with a focus on surfacing the expertise offered by the team at MSP Capital and the personalised service they provide to clients.
A brand new website with enhanced navigation to improve content discovery and increase page views.
Enhanced navigation and internal content linking has helped to vastly reduce bounce rates.
The new website has been significantly optimised, scoring over 97/100 for Google Page Speed.
A improved website architecture with updated service pages, new case studies and articles was introduced to provide a greater depth of information, leading to an increase in session duration.
