Jon Darch launched Uprated in the UK after years leading digital at Farrow & Ball, where he saw firsthand how much time and trust gets lost between siloed teams, bloated retainers, and one size fits all solutions. He built an agency that operated differently: leaner, sharper, senior led, and free of ego.

Jon and Molly McDermott Walsh first teamed up at Farrow & Ball. He led digital, she led North America. Years later, with Uprated growing into a full service agency and client needs evolving fast, they joined forces once again.
Now, with a collaborative team across the UK and U.S., we deliver seamless brand strategy, marketing execution, and digital design from first spark to final conversion.
